We had an emergency with our silkie hen and I was so relieved to get in same day. It’s so hard to find vets who will see poultry. Dr. Fran presented all the risks and was willingly to treat her that afternoon. They kept Opal overnight for observation and the cost of treatment was very reasonable especially considering an overnight visit. Opal has gained weight and is so healing well. I am so thankful Holly Berry was able to take care of her.

I had an incredible experience today at this animal hospital. I originally intended to go to a different location, but while on the phone, I mistakenly arrived here instead. As I pulled in, I realized the name was different and found myself praying whether to stay or redirect. I decided to get out, and at the same time, another lady was getting out of her car. I didn’t know who she was, but she seemed like she worked there. Even without knowing me, she was so attentive and kind as I explained my situation in a bit of distress. I’m a dog sitter, and I was caring for a 15-year-old Yorkie who had vomited dark red blood that morning. Without hesitation, she stepped in to help. To my surprise, she later revealed she was the Doctor!! (Dr. Frances Nicholson) Being a past dog owner and with the years of dog sitting experience, I’ve been to many vet offices, and only a few throughout the years have shown this level of genuine care. Dr. Frances immediately took the Yorkie in for evaluation while I waited to hear back from the owners. The front desk staff (Richie) was also incredibly kind and respectful. Once the doctor returned, she explained everything clearly and walked me through the options. After connecting with the owners, we agreed on a treatment plan. The visit, including medication, was under $100 which, from my experience, is more than fair for great veterinary care. Although I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I wish I had known about this place when I did. When the time comes for a new furry companion, this will absolutely be my go-to vet. I highly recommend this animal hospital. Truly impressed and grateful! 🙏🏾

dr fran & her crew are amazing. i own the art barn and she has taken care of my animals for over 20 years. she is straight forward and does not mince words when helping you thru painful situations. she is the best!

Staff at Hollyberry have been unfailingly compassionate with all 4 of my dogs. In an emergency when my poodle was hit by a car, they took care of her even though it happened after hours. Highly recommended.
